1.Introduction of Anilox Roller Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
Ultrasonic cleaning the anilox roller is the modernized and advanced technology. The mechanism is as follows: the transducer converts electrical signal into mechanical vibration, and then enter into the cleaning agent. When the ultrasonic wave transmits into the cleaning agent, the cleaning molecule is compressed and then expanded, which generate much mechanical force and the parts was cleaned.
Anilox roller is very import of flexo printing machine, compound machine and offset machine polishing parts. Printing, compounding and polishing is influenced by the anilox roller.  
Because anilox rollers play a part in the distributor rollers, rider rollers and even the form inking rollers. When anilox rollers are being used, which always transfer the ink. But there is some impurity in the ink or the gloss oil. If the impurity enters into the mesh of the anilox rollers, the ink transfer of the rollers will be blocked, then the printing will be influenced badly. In this case, we need to use the ultrasonic cleaning machine vibrating out the the impurity of the mesh and reduce the effectiveness of the anilox roller. Moreover, cleaning anilox roller on time could protect the the anilox roller better and extend the using life of the anilox roller, which the printing or compounding effect will be better.
